Please notice that your personal information is safe with us.

The carrier will contact you when delivery failed such as you are not home. If you did not provide your phone number then they can not reach you. If still can not contact you in the following 5 days, they will send the package back to China or destroy it in your country.

We are NOT responsible for this kind of lost so please make sure keeping your cell phone on so they can reach you!

The Expedited carriers such as: UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT will not pick up the package without receiver's phone number.So, please provide a valid phone number when place your order.
