  • Please kindly notice that a Return Form number is required for each return. We will not process any return without the Return Form number.
  • Request the return must be filed within 3 days based on the delivery date of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photographs and descriptions. Please contact : service@zentai-zentai.com
  • Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original packaging. Any item altered or with odors(perfume, smoke, etc) is not returnable.
  • Custom orders (include size custom, special options and process with supplied design), Clearance are not returnable.
  • The Return Form number will expire 3 days after we issue it. So please send us the package back as soon as you received the number.Then provide us the tracking number and other tracking info.
  • After received the returned package, our staff will process the return by inspect the returned items. The refund funds will be posted to your Paypal account in 5-7 business days for your Paypal account to make it available.
  • Mrzentai reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping cost. Returns marks COD will be refused.
  • For remake orders, we will send it out via super saver. If you need faster shipping, you need to cover the postage.

I have been using this suit for a while now for birthdays and charity events every one loves it I want a new suit to upgrade to but cant afford it yet. I have added soles to mine and window tint to the mask but the new face shell and magnetic lenses look amazing

The suit is fantastic. Im not even exaggerating, absolutely perfect. The quality is 100%, mask is amazing, and the spider design is perfect. I got mine custom fitted and it fits perfectly, seriously. So happy! My cats seem to love me in it too, for some reason :P I recommend adding a crotch zipper, and a detachable hood for eating etc. I did not get a detachable hood and I have to get someone to help me unzip every time I want a drink or something, lol! The zip goes from the underarm, across the back to the other underarm :) Mask is white mesh, and the material of the suit is very nice. Highly recommend, I wouldn't trade it for anything. :) Thanks so much zentai zentai, awesome job!

Big time Spiderman fan girl this suit is the BEST i love it! i was worried at first it was gonna fit weird on me but it fits perfectly on my body. the zipper from arm to arm is annoying. but this suit is totally worth it so it

The suit is PERFECT. The customer service was great, they got it to me very quickly on the exact date I needed it by. Suit quality is great (seriously, I'm a picky performer), fits perfect, and looks exactly like the picture. I could not be happier!

is it tight where the neck is so that it looks good for detachable mask

It is a ready-to-wear suit, if your neck is smaller than average size, then you will feel loose at neck.
