  • Custom orders (include size custom, special options and process with supplied design), Clearance are not returnable.
  • The Return Form number will expire 3 days after we issue it. So please send us the package back as soon as you received the number.Then provide us the tracking number and other tracking info.
  • After received the returned package, our staff will process the return by inspect the returned items. The refund funds will be posted to your Paypal account in 5-7 business days for your Paypal account to make it available.
  • Mrzentai reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

This suit will be made with Vertical Zipper on back and Hood detachable as default design. The U zipper is not suitable for kids.
The default zipper on Kids printed costume is a vertical zipper on back.
It'll have a deviation about 3-5cm, which is up to the different elasticity of fabric.
Please give us your height in "Item Remarks" when you place order.
Wearer's personal character will be completed exhibited out when a tight binding feeling is implemented on him or her.

Costume looked great however I chose Eva logos and logo were coming off as soon as we opened package and after few hours all Eva logo front back and eyes started to come off should have been sewed down, replied it however I walked it and it’s back to all coming off, I choose to custom for my sons costume but they made it smaller than the measurements given so doesn’t fit around my sons neck. For the amount it cost I don’t believe it’s worth the money sadly disappointed. They offer ended a discount on new costume but it’s this costume he wanted not another one. Although it was a custom suit they should offer an exchange since they chose to make smaller than measurements that were provided if made to my measurements at least he could wear it. I wouldn’t complain of the Eva logo eventually peeled off you would expect this but not before its first wash.

How well can you see out of the eyes
