What if I wanted to use these as a prop for a cosplay? Like, not on the suit itself, but on leather straps?

If the leather straps are soft and thin, these can be applied.

The web-shooters are just the decoration and they don't shoot web.

Do these come with magnetic bands or how do the buttons work do i cut a hole on the fore arm of my suit or is there magnets included?

There is no magnets but hidden button for you to wear on the suit. There is no need to cut any hole on the suit.

Great quality accessory for a Spider-man costume. They're softer on the details than in the film. The webshooters themselves are exactly as pictured, however, unfortunately they do not come with the little button poppers. The nozzle on one of mine came broken off but I think that's down to the fact the postman shoved it through the letterbox and was easily fixed with superglue. One minor inaccuracy is that both webshooters have a power button on them where in the movie, only the left one had the button. This is very very minor though and to be honest, it makes more sense that both have the power button. If you want the TASM2 webshooters, this is your best option. They look great despite not being 100% movie accurate but they are almost exact.
