Is is possible to change the colors of this to red and black?

Hi, i'd like to know what size you would recommend for someone who is 5'3 and a half and has a muscular build? Also, is this suit see through when stretched out? I have dark skin and would not like that to show. Would this deliver before halloween for someone who lives in the U.S?

Please choose the size based on the height, chest, waist and hips measurrements. If the standard size do not fit, please choose other item.
